It could be the hidden side of you; I think making movies is a great way to release that. It is important to be honest with that and have fun with it.

Ten Years Ago

I accidentally chose mass communication as my major at the college in Taiwan. Since that, I have been taught how media communicate with people and how they affect our life/live. Luckily, I got an internship in a cinematography studio for one month while studying, and they hired me as a freelance 2nd AC after I finished my intern. The more I was part of a production crew and worked with professionals, the more I love this job and have fun with that.

Step Into The Industry

When I graduated from college, I worked for KD FIlm and commercial production as an executive producer. I have produced hundreds of TV commercials and short films for various industries, including shoes, medical products, real estate, food, and TV show. However, I realize that I don't have enough knowledge to manage these projects as an exclusive producer. To me, it is hazardous to the client if their projects can't get a proper supervise in the production process.

Study Abroad In SF

Then, I decided to study abroad in the U.S., which is the biggest and the lead in the media industry worldwide. During my time in America, I learned modern west-style storytelling skills, communication knowledge, project management, and media technologies. I participate in every activity to maximum my skill-learning and awareness of multimedia. From the Chinese New Year Parade, San Francisco Auto show to the Ritter Center feature story, I have developed my producing skill to Visual Storytelling.

Career

For many years of working in the media industry, I have learned that visual storytelling is an effective and immersive way to express an idea, a product, or a life moment. Since we are experiencing an information explosion generation, and all brands are competing for the audience's attention. Those who stand out are the ones with excellent storytelling skills, and that is what I aim to: use my producing skills to deliver stories visually, like videography and photography.

Future

In 2020, I started my one-person studio called CINESS Media Production. We have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing clients and local businesses around the country. My goal is to help tell their story as well. Meanwhile, I also work as an independent wedding videographer and use CINESS Wedding Film as the name to capture the pretty moment for couples and share it with family, friends, and the world.

That brings me to the place today. I’m still obsessed with creating valuable content and telling visual stories for all businesses or any idea you want to grow. Then, get attention.

Remember, I will always be here and help my client to do it.
